The Formula One season is set for a gripping climax this weekend at the Brazilian Grand Prix as Felipe Massa and Lewis Hamilton fight it out for the title.
Ferrari’s Massa trails Hamilton by seven points going into Sunday’s race at Interlagos but claims he doesn’t feel any pressure.
“I have zero pressure because I have nothing to lose,” said Massa.
Eddie Jordan is not convinced by the Brazilian’s bravado. The former Jordan boss feels that with the expectations of the entire country on you, you sometimes “feel that the pressure is too much”.
Jordan added: “I don’t see how he can win it, but nevertheless, it is Hamilton’s to lose”.
Hamilton travels to Brazil with the same points advantage he had over Kimi Raikkonen last year but will be hoping to avoid a repeat of a disastrous race which saw him lose the title by a single point.
The McLaren Mercedes driver only needs to finish in fifth place to become, at 23, the youngest world champion in the history of F1.
